It is a fact that the recent Mortgage Lending Rules (introduced July 2012) have slowed the pace and have, in certain market sectors, impacted on Sale Values in the Greater Vancouver Housing Market.
Although these changes have had the effect of slowing the pace of Mount Pleasant Sales, it is reassuring to note that Sale Values in our area have not been negetively impacted.

From the sale data below you will see that the Condo and Town Home markets are still quite vibrant and although there is slower pace for Detached Home sales the Sale Value was just Excellent!
