The unlucky Kensington Branch, which has flooded twice in its short lifetime, won't open until Dec. 2. The Vancouver Public Library had hoped to open the branch Nov. 29. It was closed after a water pipe burst in the ceiling above the branch meeting room in early October. Finalizing repairs has delayed the opening. More Here
